Alan has an apostolic call for the local church and for the nation of Scotland and is the full-time senior leader here. His God-given dream and vision is to see the local church become an indispensable and integral part of every community, and a catalyst for the transformation of people in respect of their practical and spiritual needs.
Alan is passionate about connecting and enabling people and loves to bring together churches and organisations to share resources, for the expansion of God’s Kingdom. Alan is chaplain to East Kilbride Football Club and Calderglen High School.
He is passionate about sport, in particular, football and golf.
Alan has been married to Nicola for 30 years, and have 2 great children in their twenties, Alex and Gracie.
Lesley is passionate about working with others to create opportunities for children, young people and adults to experience the freedom which is found in a personal relationship with Jesus. She takes great joy in watching others discover, strengthen and walk in their God-given identity.
As well as serving on the leadership team, Lesley has leadership oversight of our children’s work and our prophetic ministry. She works to equip others, both young and old, to hear the voice of God for themselves and for others. Lesley loves to see people bring Holy Spirit words of encouragement and comfort.
Lesley is married to Duncan and have three fabulous sons. She loves family holidays, musical theatre and laughing with friends.
Duncan is a leader with a passion for teamwork both at church and in his workplace. He as a strong desire to remain teachable throughout life, whilst sharing what he has learned, to help others flourish. His leadership responsibilities include finance and worship teams.
Duncan believes collaboration, not conflict, is the foundation of good leadership character and reputation and seeks to emulate this through his life. His vision is to see things built rather than knocked down and understands that, whilst building is longer and harder, it’s completely worth it.
Duncan is married to Lesley and they have 3 sons, Jack, Tom and Charlie. He loves watching sport and is an avid golfer.
Gillian’s desire is to see the church integrated into our community, interacting in all different sorts of ways and offering solutions to real-life issues. Gillian oversees Finance as part of the Church Leadership Team.
Gillian maintains strong links with the local Christians Against Poverty team. She counts it a privilege to meet people from all different backgrounds and being able to offer hope from all kinds of situations and ways out of debt.
Gillian is married to Dougie and have two daughters. Her spare time consists of walking the dog, spending time with family and friends and getting lost in a good book.
Joanne is passionate about raising up others, equipping them to know God, stand firm in their identity and love people. She particularly loves investing herself in the next generation and takes great joy in seeing them exceed in their callings.
In her Monday-Friday, Joanne is in Senior Management within HR and spends her time working towards solutions and strategies that bring the best out in others.
If you were to ask her to sum up her call she would say ‘to find the gold!’ and this is what she does. Joanne is married to Willie and they have 3 children, Sam, Luke and Jenna and a dog called Poppy. They love family time, laughter and lots of holidays.
